Our HairGuard Promise

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will send you a free replacement. No return needed.

How it works
1. Email support@tryhairguard.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
3. We ship you a new one at no cost.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
