This website is operated by HairGuard. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HairGuard. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have given us consent to allow a minor in your care to use it.
Products and pricing
We try to show our products, colors and details as accurately as possible. Because sandalwood is a natural material, grain and color can vary slightly from the photos. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price, in which case you will not be charged.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent. You agree to provide accurate purchase, contact and shipping information.
Shipping and replacements
Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are covered by the HairGuard Promise in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Use of the site
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security or operation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to HairGuard and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Product use
Our products are personal grooming tools. Use them as intended, and stop using any product that causes discomfort or irritation. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairGuard is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Payments, shipping and some site features are provided by third parties, including Shopify. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
